I would give this restaurant a score of zero due to the extremely poor customer service from the manager. The manager, an older lady with glasses, was very loud and rude.

The person working the drive-through at this restaurant definitely needs more customer service training. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited in line for 3 minutes with no one ahead of me, only to have the employee, a woman, interrupt my order to have a conversation with someone inside. She kept asking me to repeat myself and would continue talking to someone else while I was trying to speak. It happened multiple times before I finally gave up and left.

It took a long time for our order to be called out on the loudspeaker. When the staff realized how behind they were, they decided to close the door. It was a bustling evening, but Fridays are always busy. After waiting for an hour, we were told that only a few items on the menu were available. Overall, we were not satisfied with the experience and would not recommend it.
