Mama Stella's - Clinton

Visited group event. First time here. Beautiful atmosphere and decor. Parking is limited. Service was good. The food wasn't great. I don't live in Maryland, so it's not a place I deliberately protect.

The food was really good. Parking was easy to challenge, so was fast service. Overall, it would definitely recommend. I'm back here.

Had a group of six to an authentic Italian dinner. Come ready to engage in conversation, because your order takes 25 to 30 minutes to prepare and cook. All ordered dishes were large proportions and tasted excellent. The apple spice cheese cake was made home and melted in the mouth

Customer service was A1!! The food was fresh! Hidden gym!!! Nice atmosphere! That would be a great date night spot! It is ambience gives you romantic vibes!!

I was visiting from out of town and thought that I would give the local restaurant a try so I chose Mama Stella's and it was a complete let down...smh. 1) The decor looks like it is stuck in the 1960's. 2) The carpet is filthy and needs to be replaced. 3) The water glasses had spots all over them and the cloth napkins on the tables were dirty along with the silverware. The food was subpar at best and the chefs need some serious training. My daughter ordered Chicken Alfredo and this thing looked like a raw chicken cutlet. There was no color on it and no seasoning at all and the chicken didn't seem cooked all the way through because we had to ask for a steak knife to cut through it. The alfredo sauce was pouring off the sides of the plate because it was so much and the sauce started separating within 5 minutes. I had fish which I thought was supposed to be sautéed according to the menu but looked like they added flour and that's like frying it which is something different on their menu. The staff was nice but when our cups are empty for 20-30min and you have walked by my table 6 times, that's a problem for me. I won't be coming back to this place.
