Joe's Crab Shack - Clifton

I just walked out of this location with my 2 children. It took them more than 25 minutes to come over say hello and ask what we wanted to drink. We ordered two simple kids drinks and one adult beverage. It took ten minutes to bring to the table. It's a Friday 4 PM, maybe 6 total customers and 8 servers and 2 managers. They never took our food orders at the same time. Our 5 appetizer dishes came at separate times. Every time we ordered a drink it took 12 minutes. Waitress always ignored our questions. customer service is really important.

The was good it just took a long long time to receive it. It's a little high priced. But food is good. Waiter was very nice.

The food was good but the wait to get the food including appetizer was a longggg while! We arrived around 1230pm on a saturday and it was a bit empty but they still made us wait awhile before we got seated dont know why?! Its not like it takes THAT long to put two tables together for our group of 7. The server was at least friendly and always had a huge smile. But it just took awhile about an hour or so for us to even get the nachos appetizer.

Only gave it a two because the customer service was decent. What they consider a bucket is really just a place for one person. Don’t waste your money on this chain. You’re better of going to your local spot!! Went there for my birthday- what a disappointment.
