So the coffee was old as I don?t know, but definitely wasn?t worth the 5 bucks I spent. Where is your management at, they should be making sure staff is changing it. By the way can we make sure that someone working understands English clearly because theyare taking orders.
I waited for over 10 months for this restaurant to open, but when I finally visited, they didn't have frozen coffee or many of the items I wanted. The selection was lacking, and to make matters worse, the staff was very rude. I definitely won't be coming back here again.
Literally forgot the main ingredient of my order. Made my coffee taste like water and sugar. It was darker then it’s supposed to be, and the worker got frustrated when he was the one not even listening to what I wanted to buy
Although I am typically happy with the service at this Dunkin, I ordered a “small cold cup of milk” for my son. I was not given a receipt, but when they gave me an espresso cup, I asked for a small cup, thinking they charged me for it. I was told they didn’t charge me for it, so they couldn’t give it to me. I then paid for it so he could get it. I was a bit upset that I had to swipe my card three times for these small charges (they also forgot to charge me for an orange juice, which I pointed out) because things like that just give me anxiety, and I probably wasn’t as gracious as I normally am. However, one of the employees announced who I was to the entire store after I left, which prompted a strange man to message me on Facebook.I can deal with mistakes, even if they upset me, but talking about a customer after they leave the store is extremely inappropriate and I will be contacting Dunkin’s corporate office.
