So the coffee was old as I don?t know, but definitely wasn?t worth the 5 bucks I spent. Where is your management at, they should be making sure staff is changing it. By the way can we make sure that someone working understands English clearly because theyare taking orders.
This has been my worst experience ever. I walked in, and assumed that the employees in white shirts were supervisors or managers, which is why they weren’t taking care of customers. There were two staff members behind the counter while I waited, yet they just ignored us as we stood there. One of the ladies gave me attitude when she partially completed my order. I noticed what looked like a trainee she was assisting, who eventually brought out my full order. She reacted poorly when I pointed out that she was missing items from my order, and then the other employee brought everything I needed. It's frustrating that they got my order wrong, and this situation needs to be addressed. This store is incredibly annoying!
I was quite disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. They completely forgot the main ingredient of my order, which made my coffee taste overly watery and sweet. It ended up being darker than it should have been. On top of that, the worker seemed frustrated, even though he wasn't really paying attention to what I wanted in the first place.
I really enjoy going to this place, but I was a bit disappointed that I didn't receive my free donut with my drink for National Donut Day. The staff informed me that it was only offered with a large coffee, but the signs say "free donut with any purchased drink." Perhaps you could update the signs to clarify this for next year's National Donut Day?
