Clifton Bagels

I placed an order and made my requests clear multiple times, but the man who served me seemed to misunderstand, despite my repeated explanations. He then asked me to repeat my order to someone else, who claimed to have understood. An hour later, I called because I hadn’t received my order and was informed that they hadn’t understood my request and would not be providing delivery for me. This felt utterly disrespectful; they wasted my time, hung up on me, and didn't bother to call back to confirm if my order was correct or to clarify any misunderstandings. To make matters worse, the response I received was shockingly racist, suggesting that there was no delivery service for me simply because the original server didn't comprehend my order, even though I repeated it in two languages. This experience was absolutely appalling.

The food is quite rich, but the man who I believe is the owner has a sarcastic demeanor. He seemed annoyed when I took my time to look at the menu and started making sarcastic comments about my mother's food choice. There's no need for sarcasm or to make fun of others; if you think you don't need my business, there are better places to dine. His attitude was rather conceited and arrogant.

It consistently serves fresh bagels and delicious breakfast platters. The service is always friendly and welcoming.
