China Wok - Clifton Forge

I have eaten in 19 or 20 different Chinese restaurants from coast to coast and if fresh, their non-spicy General Tso's, Fried Cheese Wontons and Chicken Sticks are my favorite! I'd scream from the roofs. Lol.

The food was brilliant, but I was there during the tail end of this COVID trade and you have no choice but through this tiny 4 through 4 entrance where you are stopped in a very high volume of common traffic, either pay for or pick up your food, if not order. Everybody else waits outside or in a chair in this 4 by 4 entrance. And the whole restaurant is completely locked, including the bathroom. The most sensible places block their register order counter with 6 feet furniture using a reaching basket or container to transfer money and orders if possible.... This place is intended for no one, but managers employees do little for you when you are the general population.

Great Chinese food. Very friendly staff. Fresh cheese competitions are the best. Eating is always great.

NOTE: China Wok has relocated from Clifton Forge to Covington (about 10 miles west on I-64 . This is a basic, Chinese chain restaurant. Reliably good Chinese takeout (I don't know if the new location has seating or delivery. All the typical fare here, very limited vegetarian options. Egg rolls are good.
