Kilwins Cliffside - Cliffside Park

Ice cream is decent. Horrible service! Girl working this evening needs an attitude adjustment especially with prices they charge. Pretentious attitude as soon as you walk in and acted like she was doing me a favor ringing me up and then asks for a tip! The quart today was also skimped on 20% compared to the last quart I got. Will not be coming back for awhile until they hopefully retrain their staff.

I came here with my daughter because we have always loved this place. It has always been a fun and great place for her to enjoy her favorite ice cream and a nice place for a mom when I wanted to reward her... I went in today and order her usual and get the tiniest scoop and probably 13 pieces of rainbow sprinkles for additional charge. I paid almost $9 for it. I am beyond disappointed and heart broken that Kilwins is shrinking their portion and still charging people the same amount for a little scoop of ice cream.

It's a great place to try handmade chocolates, marzipan candy, a lot of kinds of chocolate and many other delicious ?.All the pieces are made with the soul. You can feel it in the air.P.S. So delicious latte I tried yesterday ?.

Kilwins gave us something completely different then what we ordered. Their attention to detail sucks and will never order from there again. Have a great night. Thank you.

I came with my niece and nephew, they have lots of varieties of ice cream and good taste. The customer service is phenomenal and very welcoming. I also bought an ice cream cake and they kindly asked me if I wanted something written on the cake which I forgot all about it, plus point, along with that the owner asked me if I was going somewhere far with the cake and I said yes and she provided me with a cooler wrapping case with cold ice packs. So kind of her. I would definitely go back again with my whole family and have ice cream there...
