Subway - Cleveland

Very unprofessional and disrespectful on the phone. Called them for a basic question and ended up being disrespected for no reason. Had to show up to get a simple answer. Funny thing is how they pretend to not understand you.

I had a horrible experience today at this Subway my meatball sub only had four meatballs for a footlong and the rotisserie only had a little bit of meat if they didn't have it they should have just said something and when I ask for my money back but the young guys back there just laughed like it was funny that I had to waste gas and time never again

Absolutely avoid this place at all cost. Employees are rude and don't follow basic health code guidelines.

The bread and roast beef felt little less than I get in other subways. Tastes good though. Service can use a smile.
