Mcdonald's - Cleveland

There were two drive thru lines. I was in the outside one. The automated voice asked me if I was using the McDonald's app. I said no. Meanwhile the inside lines asked the same questions. The cashier took their other. Then another. Then another ... I waited. Then asked if anyone was there. They had waited on the customer before me. I waited around 25 minutes all told. Then I backed up and went into the inside drive thru line and was waited on. They didn't have Sprite. I don't drink soda with dyes in them. The guy who took my money didn't care about me waiting. He just shrugged his shoulders and gave me change. McDonald's food is universal, but service and empathy is lacking at this store.

Can there the drive thru brought a 6 piece kids meal and a chicken deluxe meal when I got home the kid meal was missing the nuggets so I drove back to McDonald's and had to get another meal but was bother because one of the employee was eating while making the food.
