Service was rude. It was like a death trap in that small space. People were drunk and all in the way.

Ordered take out then went upstairs and had a cocktail, wonderful time

I just sent for food and it was good and timing was good. One lady was nice or pleasant I should say and I guess the other lady because she wasn't working, I thought she was rather rude. If you're not working then you shouldn't be in eye sight, no one knows if you're off or working! Customer service is

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! They refused to refund me $14 and claimed they couldn’t process it back to my card. When I asked for some extra food instead, they turned that down too, saying there was nothing they could do to fix their mistake. To make matters worse, the manager made an inappropriate comment, saying I wouldn't go to McDonald's or any other predominantly white establishment to ask for a refund. This kind of poor service is exactly why it’s hard for businesses to thrive. McDonald's would never deny a customer their rightful refund, which is why they have over 200,000 locations, while you only have one that you don’t even own outright. It's disappointing to see a business take advantage of its own community. Take care.
