Kirkman's Double Exposure - Cleveland

Stole money from me!!!!!This place refused to give me a simple refund of $14. Claims there was no way to put it back on the card and also refused to give extra food in replacement. Claims there was no way to rectify their mess up. Also, the manager said I would not go to McDonald's or any other white people establishment asking for a refund??‍. This poor service is the very reason we can't get ahead overall. McDonald's would never refuse a refund owed to the customer that is why they have 200,000 locations and you have one location you don't even own temporarily. You will never grow stealing from your own people. Take care

They told me 20 minutes when I got there they told me another 15 to 20

I have been going here for years the food is good , but the customer service is not so great they have attitudes like they don't want to serve you or tell you they are not cooking what you may want. The cook needs to get some kind of organizatoin to him cooking and cook food the right way.

Service was rude. It was like a death trap in that small space. People were drunk and all in the way.

Ordered take out then went upstairs and had a cocktail, wonderful time
