Bidra med feedbackWe had some time before our flight and had a few lunches and cocktails. we stopped at embers first place and our barkeeper bridget made a great work that gave us some suggestions with a smile. we had a delicious lunch from a ham and cheese on a pulp-back. a great way to start our vacation!
What a great place to stop and get ready for a flight. the atmosphere is from the charts with the old Irish pub feeling. beautiful woodwork and beer! many taps. I started with a smithwick. I like it, but especially because the design of the list was so big and I didn't have much time. I made it in pretzel ham and cheese sandwich before my flight. it comes with a spicy senf that is completely excellent or just to quote bill and/or ted. to dessert I had an oban, neet. I would have had banana bread beer, but he had filled me up. good food, good drink and fast service. make sure to arrive early at the airport and to stop for good ole irish fair. Oh, and they have jameson on tap.
Great service, good pints and a quick dinner before you drive to the house. when they are there on week nights, the kitchen closes around 7.
Most likely the best airportburger I've ever had! the half of the pfund was perfectly boiled (rare, natural and crazy good. mushrooms and provolone were epic. bun wasn't too overwhelming. fries were good (to “it this time! great service and pleasant decor. I'd eat here again!
A quaint sort-of-British pub with a great atmosphere, drinks, and of course pub fare. There's an island bar, booths, and tables, and plenty of classic rock and sports tellys to boot. Food and service were good: the traditional fish and chips was fairly standard, and the bartender was friendly. Prices were a bit on the high side for an airport, but not unreasonable. While it doesn't hit all the expectations, it's still a solid place to eat.
