This place is always out of supplies like bread and veggies. On top of that they haven't fix their card reader in 4 moths. Like not everyone has a fancy card. And they switch employees like crazy so this place really sucks.
I know employees don't make more than $8 an hour. But they too individuals that were in there today didn't seem like they were very happy to be at work. One had extremely greasy hair and was in a foul mood. The other had piercings all over his mouth. And you could tell he didn't want to be there either. They acted like we were in inconvenience. When we told him a little bit of mustard he damn near almost squirted the whole bottle on the sandwich. Then when we asked him to please take off some of the mustard he got all huffy and puffy and grab a napkin and wiped it off. But it still had a lot of mustard on it. They were all out of bags so we had to the tote our food in our hands. We get home and the bread is hard as a rock. We will not be going to that Subway ever again. Especially if They are going to have that kind of trash running the place.
The employees were extremely polite, but they were nearly unable to sell me a sandwich because the higher ups have failed to get their payment device repaired/replaced. This is not the fault of the employees, but It upsets me to think that customers are likely going to get mad at them for not being able to sell them their sandwich because the higher ups couldn't be bothered to actually fix their card scanner.
