Mr. Chicken - Cleveland

So we came to Parma today and decided to eat at Mr Chicken... We live about an hour away south of Parma, the food was to die for...Especially the biscuits!! The atmosphere was amazing and the staff was so friendly!!! And don't even get me started on the WHOLE experience!! So we definitely made memories today and I'm so glad we topped off the day with Mr Chicken!! ALSO Wanted to give a shout out to Paige she was a total sweetheart. We will definitely be back!!

I was having a very rough day and This worker named Paige gave me the best customer service I ever had! She's such a sweetheart and she made my day! I'll be coming back to see her! The food was delicious! Thank you Mr. Chicken crew!!

Awesome clean food fresh nice lady put up with my many refills and I dined in which was pleasant. Coleslaw to die for typical 3 piece meal all good.Parking: Corner lot but decent parking an old Gulf gas station but ok.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy parking on north side

My husband and I ordered the 6 piece dinner for $23.99 with mashed potatoes and gravy and we chose cole slaw for the other side dish. We were told that we couldn’t get wings because it only comes with breasts, thighs and legs. We were kind of disappointed that we didn’t get wings. The chicken was good, thankfully. However, the gravy for the mashed potatoes was an extreme disappointment, the gravy was awkwardly watery and lacked any flavor. The cole slaw was good as usual. I don’t plan on ever returning, because that gravy was really strange.

Went through the drive-thru the wait was a little bit long but all the food was amazing biscuit was tender and soft chicken tenders coleslaw great!! Highly recommend it!!
