If 0 stars were an option I would give 0. After avoiding this location for months due to constantly finding meat in my sofritas bowls I decided to give them another try. Only to find bugs in my food!!!! This is absolutely disgusting and there is absolutely no excuse for it.
(First negative review and this place deserves it) Ordred 3 barbacoa tacos. Got really really sick 5 hours later. I orered online at this location for pickup. I have never been there before I have been to 4 other Chipotles however in other ohio counties. When I entered. no orders were on the shelf. I thought that was immediately weird. Paper was all over the floor. The floor was greasy looking and the people looked hot and sweaty like they were overworked. My bag was on top of some equipment along with the lunch of 10+ other people. I thought nothing of it until about 5 hours later when I started feeling dull pain in my torso. Well when it came out what I ate had hotsauce. Since the only time I had hotsauce in weeks (I love the stuff) was this lunch. It was obvious that was what it was. I will echo what other reviewers said. The place looked filthy and I was kinda shocked when I went in. I reported it to the Cleveland Health department because Apparently Wendys is having lettuce problems too (Saw this on Channel 3 news minutes ago) Love Barbacoa tacos just not from here. Hopefully reporting them will get the Cleveland health department out there to clean up the place.
At a distance the worst chipotle I've ever been. the half of the time is the card reader down. the half of the time they do not accept cash. the half of the time they are out of the huh. the half of the time they don't have any employees. whenever their mobile jobs are behind. the personal is not personal. it is not a place where they want to wait to eat in the line. I love chipotle, but not this one.
Got home after I order in this location and my guacamole it was completely black. Absolutely disappointed with my food I come to the restaurant show to a lady on the register I told her nice and polite that I want my food to be re-make because my guacamole it was old and the first thing she said a what time you buy this. She not even apologize or anything another coworker ask her what happened and said oh she like how the guacamole look on her drive home. I think she was that shift lead. My husband paid with his credit card and I was the one who brought the food back and she just told me that since I don't have his credit card she cannot do anything about it. So pretty much she just told me the I lost my money. Not only that she told if a want my food to be re-make I had to make the line again which I feel that it was very disrespectful after after met husband came and order with received our food very bad. I came back to exchange my food because I couldn't eat she not even care about anything and treat me like she is doing me a favor. I will need come back to this restaurant again. Very disappointed with your customer service
