This December 15 travels to the historic capital of the Auvergne Arvernis. It is not the Christmas market, Jaude’s place that will keep my attention, but rather a restaurant regalade. At noon map point, the house offers a multi-choice menu, dessert dish. I opt for the Caesar salad, the mushroom calf and its tagliatelle trim, a walnut roll: All for 20 €. We've been attending this great restaurant regularly for quite a long time even if we don't come there every day. It is always a real pleasure to find the warm atmosphere that reigns there and the friendly team that welcomes us. The served dishes are excellent and really well prepared and we let ourselves be guided by the boss for the agreements of flat wines and we are always marvelled by the quality of the wines contained in the cellar.
