Usually good drive through service, but today two employees chatted at length with the customers in the car in front of me. They exchanged their cell phone with the customer and took way too long. Not cool to make all the cars wait for so long.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service on 2/19/22. Someone needs to teach the drive thru guy (man bun with black painted finger nails and earrings) about not being such an unfriendly jerk to customers (and I am being polite with that term). The worst experience of any Starbucks I have ever experienced. As someone who frequents Starbucks (mostly in Atlanta) almost daily, when I mentioned a service concern at the drive -thru window to this employee, his response was beyond apathetic. His response was oh well . My wife and I were speechless as his attitude was one of too bad . And he basically said that multiple times. Really!!!. When i called him out on it, his response was OK !!! Then he just turned around. Never have I seen anything like it. I hope the manager of this Starbucks pays attention to this and either trains/retrains this employee on common decency courtesy to customers and being a friendly person in general or finding someone else to be in a customer-facing role at the drive-thru. I hope that Starbucks as a company will address this as well (I will let them know of course) as it is a reflection on the company.
This place charges 74 cents for a cup you already over charge people for everything else what the heck
Starbucks usually never disappoints and this franchise doesn't either...the usual quality service and food makes for a perfect meeting spot or alone time
