Cook Out - Clemson

Waited 47 minutes in line for a burger. WHEN I GOT HOME AND OPened it was a spicy chicken

Had the worst experience tonight the girl at the window cut us off in the middle of our order not to mention got our order all wrong and when we mentioned it too her she got a very bad attitude. Then proceeded to get it wrong again and on top of that we asked for a receipt and she said I already gave it to you when I handed your food out I told you that. Mind you it was not the right receipt and not what we paid. Then we went to ask for ketchup and mustard for our corn dogs and she shuts the window in our face so my husband had to go back in to get it which is fine it isn't about that is is about how rude she was to us. I have been management in fast food for a good while and that is not how you do people if you aren't capable of doing the job and treat people with kindness go somewhere else it was tonight March 1st at 10:23 pm at the Clemson location

Second time in a Cook Out. Since this one is in a college town, there may be forces at work that are skewing this review. Place was somewhat dirty and a bit run down. Ladies restroom has no partitions around two toilets and one was stopped up! Drink dispensers are behind serving counter.The fries and onion rings varied in amount between our three platters. Fries were over cooked- brownish instead of golden. BUT the rings were AAA perfect. Wife's Chocolate cherry shakewas excellent. My first visit to a Cook Out was last week in North Myrtle Beach and it was VERY positive.

30 mins in line 2 as line one just kept moving. Get to the speaker finally just to be met with one of the rudest people I have ever met in my 15 years in customer service. Waiting on my food he's just walking around the back on his phone hitting his vape. I understand it's late and everybody is tired, but you chose that job. Do better! And was missing food on top of that. Order#2333 at 3:09 on February 11th. By the way when I worked at cookout way back in the day, pre closing 2 hours before close was very frowned upon....

CookOut is a great little burger place. Very cost effective for families. Great service and food.
