I talked to the Mgr by phone and I talked to another manager on site without real resolution. When ordering with Grub Hub, my last orders were wrong. I received a recommendation that I should use

I ordered two locusts. One was the Italian, where I had some of the ingredients for my wife who was fine. The meatball sandwich turned around meatball hoagie and not sure how that happened was certainly not what I wanted.. Put only 5 small meatballs in the 10 reels. I should have been six to complete the role. basically had very little to no sauce in a sandwich. Not very happy with the sandwich at all.

Waited way too long for a breakfast sandwich. When I asked how much longer I was told by a man/woman with long dry gray hair ?why don?t you try doing my job?? I couldn?t tell if it was a man or woman. Rude black girl behind the counter started yelling at me and told me to cancel my order. She was not friendly. It took the white girl with tattoos who was just finished her shift to help me. She was very friendly. I have no idea what was wrong with the other two grouches. I will be emailing corporate and speaking to the management at this store also.

I've been going to this local wawa for 7yrs so this has nothing to do with covid and lack of employees. Every single time I ordered a hoagie it is always and I mean always made incorrectly regardless of the time of day or how busy it is. Staff are too busy having conversations to pay any attention to detail. I rarely go here for this reason. Avoid it at all cost unless you like waiting an absurdly long time only to find out the order was made wrong when you get home. Zero customer service
