Bidra med feedbackMy experience at the drive-thru was quite frustrating. I waited for five minutes while the woman inside completely ignored me, showing no intention of acknowledging my presence. After a while, I finally got her attention, only to be informed that they were closed, even though their posted hours clearly indicated they should be open until 10. This kind of rudeness is unacceptable!
I recently visited the Dunkin' Donuts in Laurel Springs, NJ, but I was turned away at 9:40 PM. The cashier informed me that they were closed, despite their posted hours clearly showing that they close at 10:00 PM.
The customer service is quite poor, and many of the staff appear indifferent towards the food. There was only one friendly employee, and unfortunately, they've let him go.
I recently dined at this restaurant, and I must say, the guy with the incredible hair who took my order was fantastic! He introduced me to my new favorite drink, brown sugar cold foam, and even treated my kids to two donuts! Every Dunkin' should have an employee like him. Thank you for making our day so special!
The customer service was poor. I asked for no cheese because of a serious allergy, and they just took the cheese off instead of preparing a new dish. I can't eat it, which makes it a waste of money. Why even bother working if you're going to be so careless? Is it really that hard to follow a straightforward request?
