Bidra med feedbackGood breakfast, usual American fare. My first time at the new location, but it seems about the same as the old place on Franklin Street.
Love Breadmans. I miss the old spot, but I get it. Still got mad love for this staple.
We opted for a local restaurant for breakfast on our weekend stay. This restaurant has been open since 1974, so it comes across as family owned (but not sure). It was a busy Sunday morning, but we did not have a long wait. Once escorted to our table, I was admittedly disappointed about the seating. The booth had large tears in both seats, and I was put off by that. I ordered hot tea and was brought just a generic (Pekoe, black tea). If a person orders hot tea please note that they are a consistent tea drinker and that this is not a great tea to serve. It would be nice to have an English Breakfast, Earl Grey, Oolong or even Irish Breakfast (last two very bold) to choose from. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying. I would come again, but recommended updates/repairs to furniture and some upgrades to the menu.
My food was bland My waiter was inattentive and when I said my food is bland when it was time to pay he told me very plainly that it was typical for them not to season the food and that I had salt and pepper on my table for a reason No one was at the front when we came in and every single employee looked sullen I won’t go back
The Mexican Omelette was stuffed with sour cream and salsa, topped with cheese. Way too much sour cream. No beans, peppers, onions. I couldn't eat it. The wait staff was good.
