Papa Johns Pizza - Clearwater

This restaurant has really declined recently. I was told I was out of their delivery area, which I knew wasn't true since I used to work for the company in this region. I placed an order for delivery last Friday night, and it arrived completely wrong and not cut. When I called to get it fixed, the manager on duty was quite rude, saying he wasn't taking orders because he was overwhelmed and that he was putting me on a long hold. I explained that I wasn't calling to place a new order, but to correct the one I received. I ended up being on hold for over an hour with no resolution. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this treatment of customers with the store manager or owner.

I was excited to see that they still offer the Hawaiian and Supreme Hawaiian dishes. I can't wait to try them!

Came in clutch when west shore pizza messed my order up! Friendly staff!

This place is horrible, I ordered two pizzas and asked them to deliver it the next day. They showed up on my doorstep 15-20 minutes later with pizza and expected me to pay for it. And then told me that I had to reorder it the next day. I definitelywill not be ordering from there again
