Bidra med feedbackMy husband took our daughter on a “date” tonight. They were seated at a 2-person table. My daughter has cerebral palsy and requires some assistance with eating (among other things). He asked to be moved to a larger table. The owner came storming out saying he couldn’t do this because what if more people would come in and then they would just be taking up room! He then went on to berate them for bringing in her adaptive stroller, claiming because of COVID they shouldn’t do that. Well… my daughter is incapable of walking or even sitting up on her own, so the stroller/wheelchair is a necessity. My husband took my daughter and they walked out. We will not be returning, and I have lots of friends who will be following suit. Contemplating contacting the ADA.
The owner was very nice. The food was ok. The waitress and hostess were awful.. extremely unfriendly!!! Will not be going back.
Gracious staff, fantastic food and service. Do yourself a favor and go to this restaurant. I was likewise in the restaurant when a customer caused a scene. I observed the staff handle the situation professionally.
Absolutely rude staff, and terrible service. Have never felt so unwelcome stopping in a small town for dinner. We have stopped here multiple times driving through and have recommended to friends and family….Will not be recommending or returning!!!! Who charges a $5 extra fee for a plate? We were charged $5 because my 6 and 2 year old split a kids burger. The kitchen then told us it was because he had to wash the plate, when asked why it was on our bill!
The peach drink is really good! Definitely recommend!
