Koko Chicken Snacks - Clearbrook

Got the soy garlic and sweet and spicy. Absolutely amazing. I think this use to be a chicko? Either way, this is a massive upgrade. I could smell the garlic walking back to my car. Great

The place is nice it was my first time going there and I got the Koko combo, the combo comes with fries and chicken, the fries were really good and had a good crunch but the chicken is dark meat and personal I don’t like dark meat. It didn’t have much flavour and it was kind of slimy, I will not be getting the chicken again, but my gf also got the corn dogs and they messed up her order. But the lady taking my order looked very tired, fries where good but not much else go there if you want, but I will not be going back.

We got the boneless original and sweet and spicy, both very crispy and served nice and fresh!

I immediately called the store to discuss this with the owner, letting him know this was not the quality I had come to expect from them. He confirmed that they were, indeed, frozen and pre-made. He promised to note my feedback and to make it right on my next order, as I had been a regular customer, ordering at least once a month. When I ordered again about a month later, I expected him to keep his promise, but that did not happen. As a result, I gave a lower feedback score of 3 out of 5. The owner then called me, expressing his frustration about this and even canceled my Uber Eats order on January 26 while shouting at me over the phone. I reminded him that he hadn't fulfilled his promise, which is why I gave an accurate review. Now, it's April, and nothing has been resolved as promised. As a result, I'm leaving a lower but honest review. For reference, the spring roll in the picture measures only 2.5 inches long. I have photos to back this up.
