Sonic Drive-in - Clayton County

Horrible service, cold food, long wait.. staff playing outside….. while line. Wrapped around the building.

Just not friendly at all. They don't take, app pay or any kind of tap pay. No smiles or cheerful voice. The petzel was burnt.

I am A Cook I wasn't pleased with my cheeseburger I asked for no mustard and no ketchup on it I get it and ketchup was on it Smh They really need to listen to the customers I barely eat out but when I do I want hot fresh foods being a Cook Myself and Eating out of the Gardens

I didn’t even get to order food. Beyond ghetto, they don’t let you order at the screens. You can only do pickup. To order you have to go to the drive through, which takes forever.

I was in from out of town and placed my order in the app. After checking in at a stall and seeing the update on the screen, everything stopped at in the kitchen. About 20 minutes passed before someone came and told us that their computer systems went down, and they can 't take orders or make food. It was weird. The people were nice, but when I asked about my completed transaction, the person I assumed was the manager claimed that my money would go back on my card because the order wasn 't complete . As of today, two business days later, that debit is still on my card. Because, according to the app, my order was complete because the store received it, they just didn 't deliver it.The lady who first came and spoke to us was sweet and apologetic.
