Liberty Diner - Clayton

Had not only eaten pommes there. they were delicious. the dinner went in 20 and we moved in because we had a flat tire and had to stop somewhere and call aa. long story to tell, but the owner stayed far over the closing time and helped us for almost two hours. they offer us drinks and the rest room and helped all the time. the other angel on the theke captain ron saved the night. aaa was a sweat and did not know what they did. Captain ron did everything and we came home for him. we will eat again and thank you again. these people are the sweetest and will recommend this dinner to everyone. Thank you.

I have to be done with me and mom yesterday at liberty diner in clayton! I have soou miss diners in nc! the cook was friendly and helpful as the server. I had 2 eggs about simple, Italian sausage, french french french, roggen toast and coffee for 11.95 and. who does that? They actually put REAL butter on their toast, and not dribs and drabs of oil like butter. my roggentoast was delish! mama had an egg sandwich and pommes; loved it. it was not overcrowded at 10 o'clock, so don't wait. highly recommended!

I was recently with my dad here and enjoyed my breakfast. had a omelet, secrets and English muffin. our waitress was very sweet and attentive. will definitely stop again when they go through.

Quiet diner, friendly staff. The selection was standard dinner fare buy it was quite good, had decent portions and reasonably priced. The salads were fresh, soup was rich, and meals were hot.

Not good experience our fist time there. Food wasn't that no wow factor for the price good. The potato skins came out with cheese whizz on them, that is Strange. The one meal didn't task good The Manger refused to take off meal that didn't taste Wright. The Manger Argued with me. Do not go there poor customer service. The Waitress was very good
