Bidra med feedbackWaited over 15 minutes in drive thru with no other cars in line. Food was terrible. Fries only half full. Threw away 2 burgers cause they didn’t taste right. Paid 56 bucks for 4 burger meals and it was prepared without any standard if quality. Big waste of money. High school kids run the joint with no apparent adult supervision. I want my money back.
A little bit more expensive but you can get some amazing combos at this location and the food is usually really good
My husband ordered through the drive thru and Kathy the cashier on 2/28/2024 that morning took his order. He told her everything he wanted. For his crew at work he comes often to this location and 2/27/2024 he ordered as well. 2/27/2024 his order was wrong but he did not complain and the biscuit was so hard you could run it over ten times with a tractor trailer and it would still be a straight cement biscuit. So back to 2/28/2024 he had 7 items he order he went to the window paid and never looked in the bag. Shocking to me cause he always check in the bag. He gets to work give the fellows there items and notice he is one biscuit short. He goes back to Hardee's cause that's his biscuit that's was missing. You ever ordered for everybody and you don't eat. So Kathy says at the window after he explained he just came there and his biscuit was missing that she tried to save him some money. He was very upset because he tried to explain that he never wanted to save money he wanted his order to be right. She still insisted on telling him I said you money by doing what I did don't get mad with me. This could have ended very bad for all employees. Kathy created a hostile environment at the time. My husband got out and went in and talk eith the lady she still seemed to be absent minded. Stating she was saving his money. He told her I did not ask you to save me nothing that's why it's so many problems there because you making decisions for customers. You don't change someone's order if they did not tell you to. In my opinion Kathy need to be walked through the aspects of customer service, proper etiquette related to order taking and understand a person orders what they want not what you want them to have. If some one ask for something it's not your job to try to save money it's your job to take the money and give them a good back of there choice. Please have a word with her before something spirals out of control. My husband has sugar and that whole ordeal could have been avoid if she would have gave him what he word but there was a sweet waitress there that asked him to come over and she would give him the order but at that point he was very upset and heated he did not want anything from Hardee's. So the money she tried to save went to chic Fila so your business actually loss money. Kathy needs to be in the back on the grill/dish crew if she can handle being in front with normal calm cool people.
You can go somewhere on Monday and have a great meal and go agian on Tuesday with different staff working and have the worst meal ever. Hardee's is one of the few fast food chains who are consistently good.
Got a pork chop biscuit and it was very satisfying. If you never had one you gotta get one.
