Bidra med feedbackI really enjoy the iced coffee and iced Americano here. However, it can be frustrating to wait if there are more than three cars in line since there's not much space. I appreciate the drive-thru for when I need to get my order quickly. I haven't tried the food yet.
Usually, this restaurant is fantastic, but my recent experience was a bit disappointing. I'm not sure if they were short-staffed or had a whole new team that day, but it took nearly 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru, and there were only two cars in front of me. I absolutely love their mochas and breakfast sandwiches, but punctuality for work is essential too! I really hope this was just an isolated incident.
This location has rude staff members. I've given them multiple chances, but the service is consistently unfriendly and my coffee always tastes watered down. Today, a staff member even closed the window on me while I was trying to ask a question, which led me to request a refund. In contrast, the staff at the Wilma and Sango locations are friendly, pleasant, and professional. This location either needs a complete overhaul of its team or should consider shutting down.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to terrible customer service, which management seems to think is acceptable. I waited at the "order here" window for several minutes without being acknowledged, as the window was obscured by a menu. When the line started moving, I followed along. After patiently waiting for 20 minutes, I was informed that I had to get back in line and wait another 20 minutes or more. It seemed like it was too much to ask the employee to take my order just eight feet away. I could have easily moved up in line to pick up my coffee, which was already prepared. Being short-staffed doesn’t excuse poor treatment of customers. I suggest watching “Give 'Em the Pickle” by Bob Farrell, and I won't be returning to your establishment.
Smoothies are consistently delicious. However, the sandwich was not up to par. Update: I recently spoke with a wonderful representative from the company who reached out to me. She took the time to address my concerns and explained that they are currently implementing ongoing training. Thank you for your follow-up! I’ll provide another update after my next visit.
