If I can't pump my own gas, then perhaps the employees should put down their phones and focus on their work. It's frustrating to sit here and see you chatting instead of doing your job.

I arrived at 5:45 PM, and every gas pump was out of service; they were all blocked. It's disappointing to see how much this place has declined since it first opened, especially considering they have the best coffee around.
