Truly the best breakfast biscuits around, they?re always quick even if they?re busy.

I've had my order messed up four times. The chicken is often too tough, and there have been a few instances where the food arrived cold.

So, I called to speak with the manager, although I had trouble getting her name. The woman on the phone, who I suspect was the same red-haired employee, claimed to be the manager and was also rude. I recounted what happened, and when I inquired about lids for the Blizzards, she told me it wasn’t her policy to provide lids and that customers need to ask for them. I had already taken care of that on my own, but when I brought up my order issue again, she wanted to resolve it, but I felt completely unheard and frustrated.

I always enjoy my time at this restaurant because the staff is so friendly! I happened to witness a situation where a customer became upset about the cheese sauce. He was angry because a staff member informed him he had to pay for it after he requested BBQ sauce, which he received. As a bystander, I found his behavior rude and disrespectful, and I think the staff would have been justified in refusing him service. However, they handled the situation with grace and tried to assist him. It's frustrating that some people don't provide the full story in their reviews, especially if they were in the wrong!

This is the only Dairy Queen where I don’t end up with a disappointing layer of plain vanilla soft serve at the bottom of my Chocolate Extreme Blizzard. Fantastic!
