Tim Hortons - Clarington

Not sure if some employees booked off sick this day, or they always un short staffed...but on this particular day, service was painfully slow. It was obvious that customers who chose the drive thru were being looked after, but those of us in line seemed not to be a priority. My wife was grabbing some food from Wendy's; while I was to get us coffee. After 10 minutes of standing in a line that wasn't moving, I joined my wife who now had our meals. When I finished my meal, I saw that the person I had been standing behind in line, had not yet been served. The line was not that long to account for such incredibly slow service.

The lady who works the night shift is very rude and unfriendly. I work mid-nights and she will tell you that they do not have any food available at night, however 10 minutes later co-workers will go and and come back with the exact same thing that you just tried to order. Early in the shift, if the steak panini MELT is available, the cheese is never melted. I cannot stress how rude the lady who works the night shift is. Myself and all of my co-workers have experienced her attitude(we are a very friendly bunch BTW) The evening staff is friendlier however they do seem to mess up our orders on a regular basis.

The sandwiches & soup aren't bad, but the donuts are all small & their coffee is expensive & always bitter-tasting --- even when you specify "DOUBLE-DOUBLE" in the drive thru...

Stopped to grab a quick bite (a couple toasted bagels with cheese). Server was polite and friendly but our bagels were toasted a little too much. Even it out to an average rating.

The counter persons are nice but they still keep running out of items. This has happened quite regularly.
