Old Oyster Factory - Clarendon County

The quality has declined significantly since they sold out to a restaurant group. Bland steak, mediocre seafood, and the once free hush puppies are now $5 per basket. Better upscale options in HH.

Cooked oysters were good. The clams and mussels appetizer: clams were shriveled and cold. Mussels were the size of my pinkie fingernail. Miserable. Scallops — 5 the size of a quarter for 38 dollars.

Delicious oysters and hushpuppies. James was a fantastic waiter! We were so glad to find the restaurant open when most of Hilton Head shut down due to Ian the storm…not a hurricane…as predicted in this area.

Horrible excuse for seafood. Go to a Captain Ds for better meal

We placed our order online on their website. After waiting over an hour and calling them numerous times (they never answered their phone) we drove to the restaurant only to find they never inputted the order. They quickly entered it but ignored the allergy info listed on the order! After an hour and a half we finally received the food only to find that I could not eat my dinner. No compensation for the total failure on their part either! Don’t order online!!
