Fuddruckers - Clarendon County

Okay I love Fuddruckers and was excited to go since it had been ages. The one in San Diego closed down and I have finally moved back to the east coast. The restaurant was clean that was good. The first cashier I had was a guy who looked straight up high. Which yeah its cool, get high, self medicate or whatever no problem but at least be self aware enough to be able to listen to people's orders and respond to them. Amended from my former review....not sure what happened BUT customer service is TERRIBLE… Last 4 times over last 7 months has been lousy…always take out for me screwed order every time!!!!! I sincerely hope they can fix it… Really good food bun not worth the hassle… .This particular Fuddruckers is just outstanding. they're usually packed so you should always expect a delay during rush hour. but the food quality is always among the best I've ever eaten. $16.12 for a 1/3 lb burger, burnt onion rings, and a coke. Then asked for tip for staff, that never comes to the table. I had get my food at the pick up window, get my drinks at the machine, refill my own drinks, get my sauces and toppings, had to buss my own table. $16 for a plain burger is not enough?

Food was good and the dining areas was clean. the manager was walking around checking on the customers..

Worst service, unfriendly, maybe they're under staffed.
