We walked in and a woman at the front asked how many we said 3 and asked for a table witch we saw 3 or 4 clean but she wint to clean another and another woman had to seat us and a man came to take our drank order all we asked for was 3 sweet tea's and the combo appetizer he then walked to the pickup counter with about 7 or 8 people and stood there for 10 minutes till the woman that seated us came and retook the drank order after about 5 minutes the woman and the man brought the dranks and appeti … – show

Very long wait time. Many tables and booths were unoccupied. Maybe not enough employees!

Waitress reliably checked back in throughout our visit to see if anything was needed or of concern. She was polite and personable. Points of improvement here: Serve plates when the guests order a shared appetizer like the combination app. This did not happen for us The spinache dip was not toasted but scorched and tasted burned. Don't leave it so long or manually toast the tops with a proper torch if you can't watch the oven. The Cole slaw tasted old, if you make it ahead of time don't do it too … – show
