Agave Mexican Grill - Clarendon County

We're not 100 fans of the Mexican restaurants in our area, but Agave got us into this. They have authentic Mexican food that tasted homemade we were very impressed. So if you are in the Beaufort area, this is the place you have to visit if you are looking for Mexican seafood recipes. Plus, they have excellent customer service. Place is nice and clean.

I am vegan and the waiter steered me to the veggie bowl. It was delicious. The black beans were so tasty. Loved the salsa and nachos.

They need to work on their customer service skills attitude towards—-deduct 3 stars for the extreme ugliness. The food was fair. The margaritas are better than most places in the area.

Can't be beat, has great food good prices, And the owner is frequently interacting with the community giving away gift cards and supporting other local business and the military. Great local place worth the visit every time My only complaint is that they do not switch the tortilla the meals come with, if the menu says corn, they will not switch it with flour under any circumstances, which is kind of weird for a place which is otherwise so great.

Clean, great tasting food and fast and friendly service.
