Sprouts Market is okay, its not the best though. they have good vegan food, but i cant get all of my shopping done there, i have to go to another store to complete it. Only if they had everything that would be awesome!

Sprouts is my grocery store. Although they do not have much in relation to vegan prepared foods (except their vegan super fruit muffin), their foods have a lot of variety. I'll put on all my vegan essentials here! They also carry the great Plain silk yogurt containers that are difficult to find and are irreplaceable in taste and texture in my book. They also have vegan baking blends, in addition to fresh products. They also often have promotions on their fruits!

Here we go when we have to find things that we cannot find in a regular grocery store, mostly for baking. You have all these unusual ingredients, vitamins, natural remedies, frozen vegan foods, soy milk, cheese, etc. A few things I'm here in stock are the zen soy chocolate almond pudding. I will also get some Daiya cheese every time in a while, or frozen vegan Mac and cheese, or corn thin. You also have a great vegan ice selection. The products are fresh and they have great organic options, but it is quite expensive.
