Bidra med feedbackI ordered a big caramel machiato. I got a little and no cool whip. when I mentioned it to the dame and she said that our machine just went down to cleaning. Seriously, this is the third time that I ordered this drink here in the last month and every time they screw it up. they train their staff.
Usually they have no problems here, they just held it together and stacked my tomats as if they were playing jenga.
Walked inside, stood at the counter waiting to order and three employees are staring at us from the back. After a few minutes, we awkwardly had to ask if we could order food. Without leaving the kitchen, they tried to tell us we couldn’t order inside. One of the employees had to eventually walk up to the counter to tell us because they were so far away we couldn’t hear them the first time. They said their lobby was closed and we had to order through the drive thru. Then why were the doors unlocked and why didn’t you tell us when we first walked up to the counter ? Really bad customer service. So unnecessarily awkward. If we hadn’t tried to ask it seemed they were just waiting for us to walk out.
Like seriously where is the burger come on people you don’t get paid 17$ an hour to screw people over and then not answer the phone always having problems with this place
Says drive through is 24 hrs, it’s incorrect. I showed up after work at 11:15pm on a Friday night, went through the drive through and sat at the mic for like 15-20mins, figuring they were cleaning inside or something. No one answered at all, even when I called their phone. Thanks for the wasted drive…
