Sat at a table in a busy doorway.Ordered our meals and bread arrived OK, bit of a wait for the next one. Then after 40 min , no chicken. One of the staff then asked , what we ordered, (I rather hoped they would know) told them chicken and meat balls still to come. We were given conflicting reports on when nest meal would be arriving.Eventually 4 meatballs arrived with some How long does it take to warm up 4 meatballs? Chicken we still haven’t got. Said they could cook it for us (it was what was supposed to have been done)Politely declined having a chicken dish after a red meat dish. Paid and left without fussSo if you like being stuck in a doorway, having the wrong and or no food, and having children running around unsupervised outside, then this is the place for you.I seldom patronise “Maccas” but when I have I have always received the correct order, received all of my food ordered, and had better service

Our entire family had a great dining experience at Mr Micks. With a wide varied of options on the menu there was something to please everyone.

We returned for another delicious meal of tapas despite our previous experience of poor service. Once again we weren't disappointed with the food. It was beautiful. The staff, this time however, were terrific. Friendly, efficient and happy. Made for a much more pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

We always try and drop by whenever we stay in Clare. This time we had dinner rather than lunch. It was busy of course being a Friday night but the quality of the food remained excellent. We love the tapas - all of them. Perhaps the only thing that stopped me from rating Mr Micks excellent this time was that a couple of the dishes were only luke warm - nothing really concerning and certainly won't stop us from dropping by again next year for another birthday celebration.

Very enjoyable tasty tapas style meal. Excellent attentive staff, great ambiance and extremely well priced, couldn't fault. Given the quality and price of food and wine they put a lot of city restaurants to shame! We will be back!
