La Terrassa Del Do - Barcelona

Avoid, very mediocre food but worse is the surprise at the end with the 25 euro sangrias which was not advertised. We were able to negotiate the fare down still the experience leaves a bad taste in mouth (no pun intended). Barcelona has otherwise been such a warm, hospitable city with lovely culinary experiences until this outlier.

Like mentioned several times below this place is very dishonest. They do not provide a drink menu then present you a 25 euro bill for a sangria. Places next door charge 15 euro. Wish we had read the review prior to sitting down. One customer even called the police to no avail, but when when the police arrived suddenly the drink menu appeared in the owners hand.

This place was not bad. Other reviews mentioning the lack of a drink menu are correct, we paid €15 for large beers and that seemed affordable.

Good location Food is ok Wine is great

The roasted egg with straw potatoes and the cocose cake are delicious.
