Bidra med feedbackStaff was really kind. I loved the soup in particular and asked for a recipe to which the chef came out to talk to me which I really respected. There were a lot of flies around the food which was a bit of a bummer but that’s nature I guess. My pasta sauce was also a bit sweet tasting which was disappointing. However the view was amazing and all the other food was good. One of the staff members told us about a poza on our way out which led to a nice afternoon filled with swimming in a secluded part of the woods so I’m super grateful toward him for that tip.
This restaurant was our favorite during our week stay in this area! The food was amazing for both lunch and dinner. The staff were all wonderful! The sunset views were amazing. The hike to Arco beach was a special treat as well! I would tell anyone who visited this area to not miss out on this amazing place!
We’ve been in Uvita a few days and the food has been hit or miss for us. This is the first really great restaurant at which we’ve eaten. It’s the rainy season and we were hoping to catch a sunset but did not. However, do not let rain dissuade you. It was still wonderful even with the rain! For Americans think of actually being in a “Rainforest Cafe” but without the whole kitschy produced corporate thing going on. If you don’t know what to get order a Mojito and the fajitas. Trust me. Highly recommended.
Beautiful views. Personable service. Eco friendly operations. Amazing dinner all around. Had the grilled pulpo which was perfectly cooked and very fresh.
We've recently moved to Costa Rica and have been slowly checking out restaurants nearby. Definitely hit and miss, but Arucari is an absolute hit. Between the food and the view, you can't go wrong. A little on the spendy side for this area, but not a bank breaker by any means. We will be back.
