One of the best pizzerias in town. Classic, old-fashioned, but fantastic. It is usually very crowded on weekends, but the service is fast... Try Fugazzetta Jamon y Morron, you will not regret...

I would recommend to buy pizza (going) here, it is the classic Argentine style pizza, and this place is a beautiful exponent of the category. You can even try the “tarta de ricotta”, a kind of ricotta cheesecake that is very good for...an after meal coffee

Great local restaurant with pizzas for 55 years. The atmosphere is great, you can no longer be local than this place....it is not in the city center, so you will drive a bit to get there, and the pizza is good, and it is...worthy the experience.

This is probably not in the tourist books. I grew up in Buenos Aires and now, every time I came back to visit, I ask my father to visit El Fortin for some of the best pizzas the city has to offer.... It's the first thing we do when I land. We're going straight from the airport. It's a traditional old restaurant. It's cheap. Portions are generous. Typical Buenos Aires pizza is not flat; it is sponge, but with a crusty ground. The cheese used in this restaurant is not mozzarella. It's even better. Order a piece that's always in mind. I like fugaceta, this is cheese filled dough with onions and oregano above. That's it. No tomato sauce. Nothing else. It may sound strange, but you won't be disappointed. They also serve faina a thin cake made of chickpea, water and salt. It is served at room temperature and people just put it on the slice of pizza and bite it together. If you want to eat like the locals, get the Faina and a glass of Moscato sweet white wine served chilled. Oh, and their desserts are amazing. Flan con crema y dulce de leche is one of my favorites. And of course you can never go wrong with Ricotta Pie.
