I visit this place frequently, and while the staff always greets you warmly and asks how they can assist you, today was different. Juliana truly outdid herself! My daughter and I were incredibly impressed and grateful for her service. She was so sweet, polite, and helpful, even though she seemed a bit nervous about my own fears. This was genuinely the best experience my daughter and I have ever had at any Subway. What's remarkable is that Juliana's friendliness doesn't feel rehearsed or trained; it's just who she is, even outside of work. Thank you, Juliana, for everything you do for your customers, both seen and unseen. Wishing you all the best, you truly deserve it!
I frequently visit this restaurant, and I appreciate how welcoming the staff is and their willingness to help. However, I have to share my experience from today because it was exceptional! Juliana truly went above and beyond! My daughter and I were incredibly impressed and grateful for her service. I absolutely love this place! The staff at the counter are friendly and take cleanliness during Covid-19 very seriously. Ordering through the subway app is quick and easy, making for a smooth and safe transaction. Every Friday, we get 6 subs during their amazing 2 for $5 each sale. It's a great deal—just $33 for a family of 5 plus an extra sub! I do wish they would install sliding or automatic electric doors to minimize the need to touch unclean handles between visits, which would help reduce the spread of germs.
