Tim Hortons - City of Watertown

I ordered a plain bagel with butter and light cream cheese. Number one it wasnt even warm but somehow burnt on the outside. They must have forgot to add butter before adding the cream cheese so they just put butter on top of the cream cheese nust be hoping it would melt but with the bagel not being warm it did not. When I opened it there were chunks of butter and a mountain of cream cheese. Remeber I ordered light cream cheese. Gross I personally will not eat chunks of butter would really prefer it melted.on the bagel before you add cream cheese.for some reasonwas unable to upload the picture

The best coffee in town and the people who work there are always very nice.

The restaurant is nice and quiet, and the food is good and served promptly. Wheelchair accessibility: It's available.

My experience at the restaurant was terrible. My sandwich was burnt, and the cashier was having an unrelated conversation with a coworker that I didn’t want to hear. To top it off, they just handed me my hot sandwich without a bag, leaving me to manage it directly in my hands. It was very disappointing overall.

I absolutely love this place! I visit at least 2 to 3 times a day for coffee, donuts, breakfast sandwiches, wraps—everything they offer is fantastic!
