Arby's - City of Watertown

I enjoy eating at Arby’s, but today’s experience was excellent-due to the wonderful service I received from Brigette. She was efficient and very personable. I would definitely come back again!!

The food was what I would expect from an Arby's. The only issue was with the condiment center. It wasn't stocked, so we had to resort to putting ketchup on soda fountain lids and in our sandwich containers.

Usually a good atmosphere but on the day I went with my daughter the crew seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else. The manager had a nasty attitude she was Spanish. I go in about 2 to 3 times a month and spend 50 or more dollars.

Nice variety of different choices. Always clean and orderly. I have tried most of the things on the menu and enjoyed every one of them. No complaints.
