Raw Juice Smoothie

Had ice cream on a wafer cone. The ice cream was the size of a softball on this tiny cone. I had to eat it quickly before it melted on my hands. It was good, but a little too much. They only have one size. A waffle cone or bowl would have been better.?

Just ordered a strawberry bliss toast and was charged $6.75 when the website says $4.75. I asked about the difference and the worker said they didn 't have any toast that was $4. I looked at the website and sure enough it said $4.75, and when I mentioned this, I was given excuses like the prices had gone up in the last 6 months/the site had a glitch. At first I thought it was an innocent mistake, but when I asked for a refund I was told they couldn 't find the price discrepancy. I showed them on my phone and the worker said they 'd give me the difference, slammed $2 on the counter, and stormed to the back of the cafe. I told her I didn 't appreciate the attitude because it 's not customers fault the website is incorrect, but she disappeared and didn 't respond. My coworker was with me and was disgusted as well, I won 't be going back.

I stop into Raw a few times each month. The only reason I keep going is for their Lavender London Fog. But their customer service is just terrible. Unreasonable wait times. Unfriendly staff. At least on Sundays. They get 3 stars because of their drinks and creative menu combinations.

We stopped in for lunch while we were at the Kids Arts Festival. The food was delicious.We had three adults, two toddlers and an infant. The woman who took our order and then brought out food to us at the outside table could not have been any nicer or more accommodating, including letting the toddlers split a smoothie and split a muffin.

I love starting my day with an açaí bowl from Raw. The business has such a unique vibe, and with an exceptional staff like theirs, it always has me coming back for more! : The staff are very friendly knowledgeable with 10/10
