Dunkin' - City of Rochester

I like to do a morning walk from my work every Sunday to grab a coffee and a sandwich, but it feels like every two to three weeks they lock their doors for the day and close the lobby while never posting it anywhere. I look up online and it says theyare open but never state it's drive thru only.

My caramel latte had a terrible taste, resembling a poor-quality cup of coffee and nothing else. I was quite disappointed.

The staff seems to change constantly, except for Lucky, who deserves to be the manager. The coffee is really inconsistent, so I usually don't even bother asking for non-dairy options; they often end up being made with dairy regardless. And for goodness' sake, please lower the oven temperature— the hash browns are always burnt.

The service here is consistently quick and friendly. Often, when I place my order in advance through their app, it's ready by the time I arrive.

The coffee is excellent, the donuts are delicious, and the customer service is fantastic thanks to the friendly staff.
