Dunkin' - City of Oswego

My family and I usually order from here regularly and have no problems, but this morning was the worst experience I've had in a while. I placed my order at the register from an older lady with long white hair and after placing it, she repeated the order back to me and the entire crew there got my order wrong. After letting the register operator know about the mess up, she proceeds to argue with me and roll her eyes stating that she never repeated anything back, which she had not done once, but TWICE. My husband orders an iced original blend and i order a cold brew. Two cold brews were made, and i was a breakfast sandwich short. The environment was very unprofessional, to say the least.

They don't ever put lids on all the way. To busy joking around with eachother to pay attention to something so simple. Useless.

There was issues with my Dunkin donut pickup order and the lady was very accommodating and provided above and beyond service including walking out my order to me when I was checking on my dog :

It's Dunkin Donuts. The coffee was very hot and the breakfast sandwich lacked bacon.
