The Autumn Cafe - City of Oneonta

The waitress seemed frustrated by us and threw her hands up at me. I even saw her tell the hostess so. I apologized and said I would get my own menu when asking for it back to consider a drink. The food service was slow for all. Saw another woman get up twice to inquire about her order. The food itself was subpar. MY son’s grilled chicken piece was 30 fat and therefore not edible. We asked the waitress about the veggie burger she said some people love it and some people hate it. My daughter ate 25 and on the ride home got ill. I was just super disappointed overall with our experience. I wanted to work out or tell them not charge us as the food quality was not acceptable. Honestly to the owner you need to go I. The there and see and try our orders and see truly if you find this food acceptable to serve.

Waited in line 20 minutes to be told “we’re not taking walk-in’s”. No apology. While I understand the limitations of being short staffed, I can’t excuse the apathy in not having a sign and wasting my time. Miss the old autumn. We went across the street and found a new favorite restaurant with excellent service and food

Love the hot open veggie with extra gravy from here! Great service! Only complaint is how loud it can be in there and very hot in the summer, needs AC!

The Autumn is always on point when choosing delicious food, service and atmosphere. It's even better when you can eat on the roof top. ??

We dined on the patio last night. Our server was Naomi who was wonderful! She gave spot on recommendations and was super friendly. The cold noodle bowl special was delicious! The nachos appetizer is super yummy. Cocktails are well crafted. This is one our favorite restaurants in Oneonta. It’s always great and never disappoints.
