Tim Hortons - City of North Tonawanda

My coffee stop before I hit the Thru Way to go visit My Grands in Seneca Falls!!! Always made the way I like it!!!

Disgusting, awful food . An egg sandwich is so simple to make, yet it seems to be too difficult for this location. Hard/stale croissant, green rubbery egg, and ice cold cheese. Dissected the sandwich in disgust prior to taking photo. But you can clearly see the green yolk, and charred whites of the egg. This wasn 't the first time, but will be the last.

Every time I come here it's 30+ minutes for a cup of coffee, it's honestly faster to drive 15 minutes out of the way. Go to the Tim Hortons on Young Street and drive back.

The service is supposed to be 24 hrs at this location but it's closed and a vehicle it parked outside the store. Why a location states it's 24 hrs and is closed Is beyond me.

The food wasn't what I expected from Tim Hortons. Over cooked and the English muffin was not toasted. The sandwiches were very sloppily thrown together. No napkins in the bag.The coffee wasn't correct. I'm beginning to stay away from Tim Hortons as it's a disappointing experience at every location lately.
