Tim Hortons - City of North Tonawanda

The service is supposed to be 24 hrs at this location but it's closed and a vehicle it parked outside the store. Why a location states it's 24 hrs and is closed Is beyond me.

The food wasn't what I expected from Tim Hortons. Over cooked and the English muffin was not toasted. The sandwiches were very sloppily thrown together. No napkins in the bag.The coffee wasn't correct. I'm beginning to stay away from Tim Hortons as it's a disappointing experience at every location lately.

This is my favorite tim hortons. They are open late have wonderful people. I go out of my way to go here just becuz they do a good job. But this last week every night the coffee is wrong. They have 6 girls back there and they can't seem to handle the drive threw.I do not want to pay 4$ to be treated bad or have a bad coffee. I work late and alot and love tim hortons. Please help.

Quick service! Employees are usually friendly...Parking: The section the store is located on makes it difficult to get in and out sometimes because of the traffic light.

How hard is it to really make coffee? Ordered a large vanilla 4 4 through the drive-thru got it wrong and went inside to get another coffee and once again they got it wrong they're getting paid way too much bubbling
