I saw a bottle of Kombucha from outside and decided to try the food. It was an awesome experience. I also like the vibe inside.Food: 5/5

Very rude staff. Short and had to beg for certain ingredients that are included in the salad to be added. Had to beg for hot sauce on the side, then was placed into someone else’s salad and handed to me covered in dressing. High quality ingredients, horrendous staffFood: 5/5

Food is good. But the service and staff are terrible. The people who work there seem like they don't want to be there and they don't pay attention when the customer is saying something. They just plop whatever ingredient on the bowl even if the customer is saying something else. I work around the corner and my colleagues all say the same thing. I refuse to go back again as this is the 2nd time I've had a bad experience with their staff.

The one on Bowery is pretty bad, the one at Astor Place is at least faster but always completely messed up my order (including wrong ingredients or leaving out extras I paid for). Can’t recommend it, save your money and go elsewhere
