Bidra med feedbackThe coffee here is quite good, but I have some concerns about the pricing. I recently purchased a SMALL iced latte for $8.09, which is $2.50 more expensive than a hot latte of the same size. The staff explained that the price difference is due to the addition of milk in the iced latte, but this reasoning doesn't entirely make sense to me. When factoring in tips, it's essentially a $10 latte. Given the high price point, this will likely be my last latte from this place. However, if you're comfortable with the pricing, the quality of the coffee itself is commendable.
The matcha latte milk was really sour probably bad. Also the cappuccino had a weird taste. The guy behind the counter was friendly : Ended up throwing out our drinks and going elsewhere.
I got their iced Americano and the espresso was bold and strong which I liked, especially since it balances well with some milk. The pastries looked delicious and the smell of their cookies inside their modern/eclectic vibe was a plus. They get their pastries from bakehouse. Iced Latte is good too.
Coffee and almond croissants are glorious. The service, however, is not. I 'm not asking to be welcomed by a red carpet, but a simple Hello is better than a cold, unwelcoming stare upon ordering.
We were greeted so warmly by one of the family members running for five in Times Square. The coffee was outstanding and the croissants to die for! The gentleman who helped us was amazing. We will definitely be back!
